Western Paper Division of Imperial Dade Serves Students in Guanacaste, Costa Rica!

Each year, the top achievers at Western Paper Imperial Dade earn a chance to head south for a few days of soaking up the sun, building team camaraderie and performing acts of service in the local community.

This year, the team partnered with CEPIA, a nonprofit organization that promotes culture, educational and labor opportunities, mental and physical health and social cohesion of children and teenagers from poor backgrounds in the communities of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

While there, the team helped students with schoolwork, played soccer, assisted with art projects and performed small group activities like sack races. This annual tradition of service brings a smile to the faces of both the Western Paper Imperial Dade team members and the community members they assist. “How can you not love seeing the joy these adorable kids express?” says Phoenix sales consultant Marcie Sanchez. “I look forward to this opportunity every year!” The annual sales incentive trip continues to be a great way to recognize top performers and always adds to the positive corporate culture at Western Paper Imperial Dade.
