When Danni came to Western Paper, she was looking to return to an office environment, where collaboration and teaming up with colleagues would make work more rewarding and enjoyable. To our good fortune, that’s exactly what she found here. And she’s stayed because her bosses have invested in her and mentored her to grow her skill set. The more she learned, the more we’ve given her new opportunities to shine. Her career looks a bit like a good game of hopscotch, leaping from Sales Support, to Pricing Analyst, to Pricing Supervisor, to Program Coordinator and Manager, to Customer Care Manager. Oh yeah, and her most recent jump is to Pricing Manager. We love that she’s growing and thriving. And we’re not about to ask her to settle down (unless she wants to!).
