The Imperial Dade Family Continues to Grow in the West!

Western Paper began an exciting new chapter in 2021 when it was acquired by Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies. The acquisition has proven to be beneficial to both Western Paper and its customers with the addition of new resources, talent, suppliers and innovation.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Imperial Dade as acquired Hylon Koburn Chemicals, Inc. (HyKo), based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The transaction represents the 46th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, CEO and President of Imperial Dade, respectively (shown above). 

With over 68 years of experience, HyKo has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breadth of products and high touch customer service and service department. By leveraging Imperial Dade’s market leading platform, HyKo’s customers can expect the same exceptional customized service coupled with an even greater offering of products and solutions.
