 Khristie Bennett, Service Coordinator
Khristie is the first point of contact for customers; she orders equipment and parts, coordinates customer training, schedules service calls, and dispatches our technicians.  Khristie has more than 30 years industry experience and has worked in sales was well as service.

Mark Despain, Service Technician
In Mark's 30 years in the industry, he worked as a technician and service manager.  He also owned a business selling equipment and supplies.  His expertise includes Ryobi, Itek, Davidson, Mitsubishi, Printware, Standard Horizon, Baum, Challenge, workflows and film processors.

Randy Shutt, Service Technician
Randy began his career operating printing presses, and has worked as a service technician for more than 30 years.  His press operating background makes him very strong on mechanical issues, with specialties in Ryobi, Standard Horizon Challenge, Morgana, Screen, wide format printers, film and plate processors, and exposure systems.
